AICE Collective Bargaining Agreement (Jan '24 - Jan '27)The AICE Collective Bargaining Agreement is the first contract agreement between AICE and Second City management.
The CBA outlines workplace wages, disciplinary procedures, and your written rights as an employee of Second City, Second City Training Center, and/or Second City BizCo.
It is the result of over 700 days of effort by AICE Members from 2022-2024!
