The Constitution is the enduring and binding legal document outlining the mission and purpose of the union.

AICE Collective Bargaining Agreement (Jan '24 - Jan '27

The AICE Collective Bargaining Agreement is the first contract agreement between AICE and Second City management.

The CBA outlines workplace wages, disciplinary procedures, and your written rights as an employee of Second City, Second City Training Center, and/or Second City BizCo.

It is the result of over 700 days of effort by AICE Members from 2022-2024!

AICE Officer Elections Coming Up in July 2026!

Term Length: July ‘26-July ‘28

Positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer

Nominations may be made:

  1. by paper: collect 13 member signatures to nominate.

  2. ‘on the floor’ at AICE General Membership Meeting, Thursday June 18 @ 7:30pm Central
