We want to ensure that our community has a clear and open channel to share ideas and concerns around diversity, equity, and inclusion at the Second City Training Center and Stages. The  Second City DEI Feedback & Project Proposal Form  is designed for faculty members, music directors, and facilitators to:

• Propose DEI-related projects, workshops, or initiatives

• Share DEI-related feedback, challenges, or suggestions

• Connect with the DEI Committee via your faculty representative

All submissions are reviewed confidentially by the DEI Committee and brought forward for discussion and potential action. You’re welcome to submit anonymously, or include your name and contact information if you’d like a follow-up.
